We recycle or donate up to 95% of items, reducing landfill waste and rehoming usable furniture, appliances, and household goods through Birmingham charities.

Founded by Krzysztof Szczesny (Chris), DrClear House Clearance began as a small, family-run service in Wednesbury with one van and a simple promise — to provide honest, professional clearances that families could rely on.

Two decades later, we’ve completed more than 13,000 clearances across the region, but our values remain the same: honesty, hard work, and community care.

Our name — DrClear — reflects our mission to bring clarity, order, and peace of mind to every property we serve.
